Afet is a beautiful vintage knotted pile runner which was handwoven in the mid 20th Century and is in excellent original condition. Originating from the Herki people who are of Kurdish descent and their homelands are the mountainous regions of Eastern Turkey, Iran and Iraq.
Beautiful lush soft pile and in excellent condition. This runner is an unusual colourway for the Herki runner collection. Woven in burnt orange and soft mauve with blue details. A stunning piece.
