Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days. If we cannot fulfil your order in this timeframe we will be in contact via email to let you know. We will send your order’s tracking number via email once processed so you can monitor the delivery.

Shipping within NZ: We offer free shipping throughout NZ on all orders over $750 NZD. For sales under $750 NZD we will calculate the cost of shipping based on weight and volume of your order at checkout. Collection from our Auckland showroom is possible free of charge. Please select this option at checkout and contact us on hello@yuva.co.nz to arrange a time that is suitable once you have placed your order.

Shipping to Australia/Worldwide: We offer international shipping to Australia and further afield. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
