Selen is an Afghan Balouch Chuval Bag. This semi-old chuval or storage bag from South West Afghanistan was once used to store goods such as bedding and clothing. It is in original condition and has beautiful entricate kilim detailing at each, with knotted pile throughout the main section.
These old bags are becoming harder and harder to source and make fabulous collectors pieces. They look great on a table, draped over a chair or stuffed to make floor cushions.
