Kenan is a Vintage Turkish rug from the city of Urfa in the Southeast. This rug is a "loft" kilim which makes it very suitable for long and narrow interior spaces. Woven in 100% wool, Kenan has beautiful olive green and soft purple tones.
This kilim has been woven in two pieces and joined down the middle. Each side mirrors the other with small and interesting differences including slight differences in shades of colour. This piece has beautiful pops of orange throughout that make the green and burgundy/purple field really shine.
