Azad is a beautiful vintage Herki runner. This runner has been woven in 100% wool, naturally dyed in soft brown hues. In excellent condition and woven in soft knotted pile through the centre with kilim weave at both ends.
It originates from the Herki people who are of Kurdish descent and their homelands are the mountainous regions of Eastern Turkey, Iran and Iraq.
