Taj is a lovely little vintage kilim from Kayseri which is a large industrialised city in central Anatolia. Kayseri rugs are known for their soft colours and soft loose weave, athough this kilim packs a little more punch with lovely bright rose reds, yellows and orange. Excellent condition for its age.
