We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days. If we cannot fulfil your order in this timeframe we will be in contact via email to let you know. We will send your order’s tracking number via email once processed so you can monitor the delivery.
Shipping within NZ: We charge a flat rate of $20 for all small rugs and $30 for all medium/large rugs in the North Island (excluding mini rugs that are $10 postage). For the South Island the flat rate is $20 for small rugs and $40 for medium/large rugs (excluding mini rugs that are $10 postage). All South Island Rural will cost an additional $10 per package. Any heavy freight and oversized items may incur additional charges. Collection from our Auckland showroom is possible free of charge. Please select this option at checkout and contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time that is suitable once you have placed your order.
Shipping to Australia/Worldwide: We offer international shipping to Australia and further afield. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
We understand it can be difficult buying items online without seeing them first. We aim to depict items and images on our website as true as possible to the products but cannot guarantee every device will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise.
We want you to be able to buy with complete confidence so if you are not entirely happy with your YUVA product you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the full cost of your order minus any initial shipping charges.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items may only be exchanged or refunded if faulty.
Cost of returning the goods to us must be paid by the purchaser. To ensure items reach us safely, items must be sent back via track and trace, with signature required.
If you wish to exchange your items you may do so within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Once again, we ask you pay for the return shipping in this situation.
All items must be returned in the same condition it was sent out to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in re-saleable condition.
For all customs orders, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm the order.
Damage Claims: all delivery damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We ask that you carefully inspect your order immediately upon receipt and submit concerns or evidence of damage through to us on email@example.com. This ensures we can meet our requirements of advising our carriers in the time frame set out by them. Damage claims made outside of this 24 hour window may not be possible due to the rules imposed by delivery agents.
